aversions

I have realized that all I need to do to get my children to play nicely together is tell them to clean their rooms. They will do anything to keep from cleaning their rooms, including get along for an undetermined amount of time. They have already figured out that if they are playing nicely, I will leave them alone. Apparently their reluctance to clean trumps their antagonism toward each other. And I will use this to my fullest advantage.
