word association
Today, I had the dustpan out and was sweeping up raisins and cheese from under the high chair, and Malcolm watching, pointing at the dustpan, and saying, "nah nah nah nah nah." I can only assume that is what he thinks one says when they see a dustpan because whenever he is around it, that is what I say. (only with me it is more of a "No no no...")

when mira sees the broom, even if it's leaning against the wall, she says "dada!" same for mops. not really my story to tell, but wonderful just the same.
