still probably warmer than Philly

Patrick and I recently went on a date to a spring training game.  I had wanted to take him to see the Twins, but Ft. Myers is too far for a day trip, and none of the Tampa area games fit into our schedule.  So, we went to see the Phillies in Clearwater instead.  We had a great time even though it was FREEZING.  (Look at the people in the background!)  They had some pretty yummy cheesesteaks, and the Phillies beat the Yankees 7-0.   Patrick had bought tickets on Stub Hub, but the sale fell through because the website was down.  It was a total debacle.  The phone representative told him to go down to the game and that they would arrange for someone to meet us with the tickets.  Well, he called back when we got there and not only did they have NO record of his earlier phone call, there was nothing they could do for us.  So, we went on the hunt.  We ended up finding WAY better seats (for twice as much, of course).  Our previous seats were on the Berm, but the new ones were along the first base line, up high and covered, which was good because it was raining!  Patrick said after this, he doesn't think he will ever be able to sit on the Berm again.
